The Kitchen at Grove Station is rooted in the belief that café-culture and modern American dining belong in the same space. We utilize the best resources from New Jersey to make this belief a reality. The Kitchen is a reflection of the community’s love of food and art.
Aware that the dining experience is not confined to the plate, creative director Rebecca Johnson and Interior Designer Andrew Van Etten have given the same level of attention to décor as Chef David Viana has his food. Chef David’s seasonal menu is progressive and approachable, with playful takes on American classics. General Manager Tamy Tiongson, a Jersey City native, is honored to be contributing to the neighborhood which first ignited her passion for food and hospitality.
Downtown Jersey City is a metropolis, a hidden gem along the Hudson River, providing a constant source of inspiration. We are lucky and proud to be located in the heart of such a vivacious community.
Our coffee program is in partnership with ModCup, Jersey City’s only artisanal micro batch coffee roaster.
